Lions Labor Day BBQ

The place to be after Monday’s Paul Bunyan Days’ parade is the big Fort Bragg Lions Club BBQ.

Follow the enticing aroma of grilling meat to the field on Todd’s Point – the same place you watched the action-packed logging show just the day before. From 12 – 4 there will be delicious, locally raised and hand selected cuts of beef, pork and lamb served with plenty of beans, coleslaw and bread sides. Veggie Burgers will also be available.

Proceeds benefit Fort Bragg and Mendocino Lions Programs and Scholarships.

The food hits the grill around noon and the bar opens about the same time.

That’s not all – so don’t even think about leaving just because your tummy is full and your thirst quenched. Hang around and enjoy Family Fun, Live Music, Raffle Prizes and a Silent Auction.

Discounted BBQ tickets are available in advance – $13 adults, $8 kids under 12, seniors over 60 or military (advanced from Harvest Market – Boatyard). At the BBQ tickets are
$15 adults, $10 kids under 12, seniors over 60 or military.  For more information call 961-1727 or email fblions@mcn.org.
